Friday night was our annual gingerbread party. We went to dinner at Sizzler, like we always do, and then we went to Becky and Keith's to make the gingerbread houses. It took me about an hour to decide how I wanted to decorate my house, and by the time I started, everyone else was pretty much done.
There's my house from this year. Not my best work, but I enjoyed making it.
On Saturday, I went with Nicole and Tony to Sam Weller's and Temple Square. At Sam Weller's, we found a 1st edition of Parley P. Pratt's autobiography. It was $500, so I didn't buy it, but I seriously wanted to (and I still do want to).
After Sam Weller's, we went on a tour of the Beehive house, and then we wandered around Temple Square and saw all of the amazing lights.
The pictures a little blurry, but it's the best that my little cell phone could do. All in all, it was a swell weekend!
